Our own Sarah Eagan has been awarded the Graduate Student Excellence in Mentoring Award for her great work she has done with our undergraduate research assistants. This award recognizes graduate students who have demonstrated excellence in mentoring undergraduate and other graduate students in research and creative activities. This award also comes with the Frank and Marie Wheeler Scholarship ($1,000) in recognition of her hard work. Sarah competed with other graduate student mentors all across the UNL campus. Congratulations Sarah! The OWL is very proud!
